Kaeng Som plasaidaeng ( Thai Itoyori soursoup)
Ingredients:
3 Itoyori fish (Threadfin Bream fish )
4 TBS kang som paste*

some vegetable you want ..but I use cauliflowers and cabbages ^ ^
Tamarind juice
salt, fish sause or soy sauce

to prepare the fish
first, wash...take the fish scales off
cut head off, guts off and cut the fins too..and wash again
dividing fish in many pieces
Cooking:
1. heat the water, fill the paste ( toomuch = too spicy @_@ )
2. put itoris in boling pot till it cooked.
3. Add the vegetables :) , fill the tamarind juice, fishsause, salt ..and taste ^ ^
*if you put much tamarind juice , it'll be much sour ...depends on what you like*
and thennn....finish! *-*
eat with rice ^ ^

hmmm..next time, I'll try to make the another Thai menu that can find the ingrediants in your local place ^^U
I know that it's so hard to find the pastes and tamarind juice there ^ ^UUUU
but if you are lucky to find that all , you can make it anytime haha
